Unrecognised Outlook Email Address Linked to My Apple Account – Security Concern

I received a security notification from Apple stating that two-factor authentication had been enabled on my Apple Account using an Outlook email address that I do not recognise. Apple advised me to contact Microsoft, but I have been unable to reach the appropriate support team.

I am not aware of having an Outlook account matching this address and am concerned it may have been created or used without my knowledge. Could someone please advise me on how to investigate this and contact the correct support team?

Thank you.

It sounds like someone hacked your Apple account using an outlook.com address. If you can't get logged into the Apple account, only Apple can help you. I don't know what their options are for recovering accounts, especially if you don't have any paid services. Sorry.
