Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Natalia Mazur,
Because this is a work account and you no longer have access to the phone number currently used for verification, you won't be able to update the authentication information yourself. In this situation, your organization's IT administrator is the best point of contact, as they have the necessary permissions to manage authentication methods for your account.
Please contact your organization's IT administrator. They can either reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods or update the authentication phone number associated with your account. Once this has been done, you should be able to sign in and register your new phone number for future verification requests.
You can share the following article with your administrator: Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication
After your new phone number has been added and registered, you can choose it as your authentication method and use it to receive verification codes when signing in.
I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you have any updates or further questions, please feel free to reply to this thread. Thank you so much for your understanding.
