Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Michael,
Based on the intial tag of the post, you're using a business subscription, please verify the subscription status directly in the Microsoft 365 admin portals rather than relying solely on the email notification.
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your Global Admin account.
- Go to Billing > Your products.
- Review the status of all subscriptions, paying particular attention to:
- Subscription status (Active, Expired, Disabled, etc.)
- Renewal date
- Auto-renewal settings
- Any trial or add-on subscriptions that may be nearing expiration.
- Review your recent invoices and renewal transactions to confirm that the renewal completed successfully.
For more information, please follow the guidance and instruction video in this article: View or download your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
If your primary subscription shows Active with a renewal date that is still several months away, compare the subscription name in the email with the products listed under Billing > Your products in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. In some cases, the notification may be referring to a separate trial, add-on, or different subscription rather than your main Microsoft 365 plan.
However, if you're not using a business subscription, please share the name of your Microsoft subscription (for example, Microsoft 365 Family, Personal, or another plan), along with any additional details you think may be relevant. This will help me better understand your situation and provide more accurate assistance..
