    Hello,

Do you remember all three email addresses you created?

If not, you can use the 'Recovery email address' to find your username (email address) using the link below.

    https://account.live.com/username/recover

    • Enter the recovery email address associated with your Microsoft Account.
    • Then, Microsoft will send you a confirmation code.
    • Enter the verification code; you will then be shown a hint of the email address associated with it.

Once you're able to recall/locate the email address,

    • Sign in with your Microsoft Account on the Services & Subscriptions page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • If you have an active Office 365 Subscription, select the subscription, then click Manage, and then select 'Cancel Subscription'.

Open the link in an InPrivate Window.

Sign in with the Microsoft account on which you want to cancel the subscription, one by one, using the link above.

Let me know if you still need more help.

To check whether multiple Microsoft accounts are being charged for Microsoft 365, use this process:

    1. Review the order history for the Microsoft account currently being used. Look for multiple purchases of the same amount that appear close together.
    2. If duplicate charges do not appear in that account’s order history, check whether the same payment card is being used by another Microsoft account. In Microsoft account Payment options, select Investigate to search for other accounts using that card.
    3. Check products and services where older accounts may still be signed in:
      • On Windows 10/11: Start > Settings > Accounts. Under Email & app accounts, review the usernames associated with the device.
      • In Office apps such as Word or Excel: File > Account. Under Product Information, check Belongs to to see the associated username.
      • Check email inboxes for Microsoft receipts or subscription messages tied to older addresses.
    4. If the account username has been forgotten, try any alternate email addresses that may have been set up for the account.
    5. If the charge is still not recognized, use the Microsoft account Manage your payments page and select Investigate.
    6. If more help is needed after these checks, use Contact Support from Microsoft Support.
