apparently a glitch has corrupted my MS365 banner keeps appearing 5 days expired now need to upgrade. it was already installed on my desktop when i purchased it. I tried all the different ways of getting rid of banner to no avail. Now I cant edit anything as stating its unlicensed

    Did you pay for a license to use M365 when you purchased the computer? Or was the version installed on it a trial that has now expired and for which you must purchase a license in order to continue using it?

    If you don't know the answer to that, contact the vendor who sold it to you.
