    Hi Maria Pricej,

Copilot is still available for free, although the free version has usage limits. If you reach a limit, access may be temporarily restricted or you may see an option to upgrade. You don’t need Windows 11 to use Copilot, as it’s also available through a supported web browser or mobile device.

Could you share the exact message you’re seeing and confirm whether you’re using Copilot in a browser, the desktop app or on a phone? Are you signed in with a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account and does the message show when your access will reset?

In the meantime, try signing in to the Copilot web version with the same account. If you’d like to share a screenshot of the message, please make sure your email address and other personal details are hidden.
