I do not receive emails from some senders.

Ive tried adding them to my safe senders list and I have checked that I have no rules applied. I have tried sending them an email and it works however when they reply it does not work

Hi,

I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

Do the senders receive any bounce-back messages?

If possible, please get that for me to troubleshoot further, since the ideal way is to troubleshoot.

The senders do not receive any notification that their email hasnt been received. In the past I have had the sender check their email and they can not see any reason why this is happening

Thank you. It seems like you will need to contact the Outlook support team to solve this.

On Outlook, click Help > help.

Type your query something like "Not recieving emails from senders".

Click Yes, beside still need help and sign in if needed.
