All my emails are going into my junk box. With this issue I have started getting over 200 emails a day all going into my junk.

I have followed the step by step online process with no success

  1. Check Junk Email Settings
    • Sign in to https://outlook.com.
    • Go to Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk Email.
    • Add trusted contacts and domains to Safe senders and domains.
    • Remove any legitimate addresses from Blocked senders and domains.
  2. Review Inbox Rules
    • Navigate to Settings → Mail → Rules.
    • Ensure there are no rules moving emails to Junk.

Do I have any other options?

    Hi @Deborah Kanduch

I’m sorry you’re dealing with more than 200 emails a day being sent to the Junk Email folder, especially after you have already checked the Junk Email settings and Inbox rules.

Could you please confirm whether these are legitimate emails being incorrectly marked as junk, or unwanted spam messages? Also, does the same issue occur when you access your mailbox directly through Outlook on the web?

If legitimate emails from many unrelated senders are still being moved to Junk in Outlook on the web, the issue may require a review of the mailbox’s server-side filtering. If this is a work or school account, please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator. If this is a personal Outlook.com account, please contact Microsoft Support for further investigation.
