display outlook emails as calendar objects

Based on my research, there does not currently appear to be a built-in feature in Outlook that allows email messages to be displayed as calendar events within the Calendar module based on their received date and time. With that in mind, I completely agree that this could be a valuable feature, especially for users who would like to view email activity in a chronological calendar format and quickly open messages from a timeline view.

However, as this forum is primarily intended to help users with existing product functionality and technical questions, I'd encourage you to submit this suggestion through Microsoft's official feedback channel. The Outlook Feedback Portal is the best place to share feature requests directly with the Microsoft product team, where they can review customer feedback and consider it for future enhancements.

Just a quick note as well: this is a user‑to‑user support forum. Independent Advisors, including myself, are regular users too and don’t have the ability to change or influence Microsoft product features or design decisions. What we can do is share findings, observed behaviors, and practical tips based on experience and available information.

If your desire is only to be able to see emails arranged and grouped by date received (but not on your Calendar) then Outlook Web can already do this.

1 -- Set Group By Date

Files -> Settings -> Mail -> Message List -> [/] Show date headers

2 -- Sort your Message List by Date

This should give you a Message list that looks something like this:
