IT WAS A VERY BAD DEAL AND THE TERMS ARE NOT MET BY TYHE COMAPNY. ALSO I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FROM YEARS. GO AND CHECK MY ACCOUNT I HAVE HARDLY USED MY CREDITS IN THE PREVIOS YEARS. YOU CAN COMPOUND THEM AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME. MAKE A CUMULATIVE METHOD OF GIVING CREDITS IF THIS IS HOW YOU ARE GOING TO DEAL WITH IT. GIVE ME THE RECORDS OF ALL THE CREDITS I DIDNT USE ALL THESE YEARS AND THEY SHOULD BE IN RESERVE AND CAN BE USED WHEN MY ACCOUNT FALLS SHORT OF CREDITS ?

Unused AI credits are documented as monthly allotments that replenish each month; Microsoft does not document a cumulative reserve, rollover mechanism, or customer-accessible report of unused credits from previous years. ^1^

Check what your subscription currently includes

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    2. Open Services & subscriptions.
    3. Locate Microsoft 365 and check:
      • The exact plan: Personal, Family, Premium, or Pro.
      • Whether this account is the subscription owner.
      • The displayed status of current AI credits and feature limits.

AI usage is tracked automatically, and the current status is available under Services & subscriptions. Limits vary by plan, feature, entry point, and system conditions. AI benefits are available only to the subscription owner—not other people using a shared Family or Premium subscription. ^1^

Paying for Microsoft 365 therefore includes eligible Copilot usage, but it does not mean every Copilot feature has unlimited use. Personal, Family, Premium, and Pro include different usage allowances; Premium and Pro provide higher limits for some features. ^2^

Request your account-specific credit and billing review

This public forum cannot open your Microsoft account, inspect past balances, restore credits, or change the credit policy. For a review:

    1. Open Microsoft Support’s contact page.
    2. Enter Microsoft 365 Copilot AI credit history and billing complaint.
    3. Select Get Help, then Contact Support.
    4. Sign in with the Microsoft account that purchased the subscription.
    5. Ask the agent to:
      • Confirm the plan and Copilot entitlement attached to the account.
      • Explain the credit allowance and reset period that applied to the plan.
      • Check whether any account-level usage or entitlement discrepancy exists.
      • Confirm whether Microsoft can provide historical AI-credit records.
      • Register a billing complaint if the plan was represented differently when purchased.

Microsoft directs unresolved account and subscription issues to Contact Support. [^3^](https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/subscriptions/[Subscription ID] "Problems renewing a Microsoft 365 subscription | Microsoft Support")

    About historical records

Microsoft documents an export for Copilot activity history, meaning prompts and responses, but this is not an AI-credit ledger. For a personal Microsoft account, it is available from the privacy dashboard under:

Privacy → Empower your productivity → Copilot → Your Copilot app activity history → Copilot apps → Export all activity history. ^4^

The published documentation does not identify a self-service report containing expired or unused credit balances from previous years. Microsoft Support would need to confirm whether any additional account records can be supplied. Do not post your email address, payment details, or account identifiers in this public thread.
