Copilot Personal subs - upload limit of 3 photos since moving from the free trial

On iPhone copilot app - Before activating Microsoft 365 Personal I could attach significantly more than 3 photos per prompt in Copilot on iPhone. Immediately after activation the photo picker now displays 'Select up to 3 photos'. Reinstalling the app, signing out/in, and confirming the subscription did not resolve the issue.
so now going from a free trial to paid subscription I now cannot upload more than 3 photos for review at one time.
