I have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription with a £84.99 payment to Microsoft on 17 November 2025 and a renewal reminder for 15 November 2026. Word 16.114 on my Mac now says “Licence: Not Activated” and my documents are read-only. When I sign into Microsoft Services & subscriptions, no subscription is shown. Microsoft AutoUpdate also reports errors. Please identify the Microsoft account associated with my payment and restore my Office activation.

The version of Tahoe you cited [26.2] is seriously behind on updates. That version predates the 16.114 build of Office by almost 1 year. Version 26.7.1 is the current release.

Updating the OS should resolve the issue.

I update when all are released by apple. I will recheck and uodate my latest OS. However this does not explain why you can't find my account which is worrying. I am no longer able to use my MS office products which I have paid for forcing me to use other avenues. My renewal notice was sent to ******@matoluk.com which may be of use.
