Microsoft 365 Not Loading

My Visa purchases show 3 purchases for Microsoft 365 on my new MacAir computer. I will be cancelling all payments to Microsoft until problem is solved.

    Please provide full details on the error you see when you try to use the Office apps on your MacAir is that a popup dialog with an 0x0 error.

    At the top left of your Mac desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date on your Microsoft 365 subscription, is that listed correctly?
