Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Hi @Conrad, Marvin,
Could you clarify what you mean by "a recent upgrade"? For example, were you upgraded from classic Outlook to New Outlook for Windows, or was there a recent Microsoft 365 or Windows update?
If the upgrade switched you to New Outlook, your subfolders may simply be collapsed or the folder pane may be hidden.
Please try going to View > Folder pane > Folder list > Show. Then, in the folder pane, expand your email account and the relevant parent folder by selecting the arrow beside it. Your subfolders should appear underneath.
If I've misunderstood your situation, please feel free to share a bit more detail about the upgrade, along with a screenshot of what you're seeing.
Also, do the folders still appear when you access the same mailbox through Outlook on the web? This can help determine whether the issue is with the Outlook app itself or with the mailbox.
Thank you so much for taking the time. I look forward to your response.
