Hello, I'm trying to reach Microsoft 365 Customer Service to merge multiple Microsoft 365 accounts and upgrade to a business account.

Does anyone have a good number to reach a live person?

My website hosting is through GoDaddy, but they recommend I contact Microsoft directly.

My MS 365 account renews tomorrow, so time is of the essence.

Thanks.

    Hello ANG08,

Microsoft accounts can't be merged, and subscriptions on separate accounts can't be combined into one. If you're moving from a personal plan to a business plan, Microsoft has a guide for that switch: Switch to a Microsoft 365 for business subscription | Microsoft Support. Depending on what you'd like to achieve, there's usually another way to get there, for example moving your email and files into a single business account.

For additional assistance, use this link to find the appropriate contact number from your region: Contact Microsoft customer support | Microsoft Support

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply

    Hello ANG08,

For your information, a Microsoft 365 business subscription uses a separate work account, usually with your own domain, such as user @yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com. That account has its own OneDrive storage. Your personal Microsoft account and its OneDrive files stay exactly where they are and aren't merged or moved.

To keep things organized, please follow these steps:

    1. Keep personal files in the OneDrive for your personal Microsoft account.
    2. Move only your business files into the OneDrive for your new work account.
    3. In the OneDrive app on your PC, you can add both accounts and keep them syncing side by side. Go to Settings > Account > Add an account. Each account appears as its own folder.

If you plan to cancel your personal Microsoft 365 subscription later, your personal OneDrive storage drops to the free plan. Before you cancel, check that your personal files fit within that limit.

I hope this helps you get set up. Feel free to reply if you have any other questions. If the answer is helpful, please click "Yes" and kindly upvote it.
