The blueyonder account will be getting shut down by the provider, i need to transfer all the emails into my outlook account.

Thank you for letting me know.

The easiest way is to use the Outlook desktop app on a Windows PC:

Add both your Blueyonder account and your Outlook.com account to Outlook.

Allow the Blueyonder account to fully download and sync.

You can then copy/move the emails into folders under your Outlook.com account. Another option is to export the Blueyonder mailbox to a .pst file and then import that into your Outlook.com mailbox.

Do you have access to a Windows PC with the Outlook desktop app installed, and can you still sign in to the Blueyonder account?

    Thanks!

If the old Blueyonder mailbox is still active, add it to Outlook as an email account first. In Outlook for Windows, account settings can be changed or updated through Mail in Windows Control Panel or from Outlook.

If the goal is to bring older mail already saved in an Outlook data file, use the method that matches the Outlook version:

    1. New Outlook for Windows
      • Go to Settings > Data files > Import.
      • Under Outlook Data File (.pst), select Get started > Select file.
      • Choose the .pst file.
      • Select the folder to import from, choose how to handle duplicates, then choose the destination mailbox and folder.
      • Select Import.
    2. Classic Outlook for Windows
      • Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
      • Select Import from another program or file > Next.
      • Select Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next.
      • Browse to the .pst file, choose how to handle duplicates, then continue.
      • Select the Microsoft 365 mailbox to import into, or choose Import items into the current folder.
    3. If only access to the old .pst is needed without importing
      • In new Outlook: Settings > Data files > Outlook Data Files > Add file.
      • This opens the .pst so its contents can be browsed and messages can be moved manually.

Important limits for new Outlook for Windows:

    • The account used in new Outlook must have a Microsoft 365 subscription.
    • Outlook Data Files are not supported with the ARM version of new Outlook.
    • New Outlook cannot be running in Safe or Recovery mode.
    • To open a .pst in new Outlook, classic Outlook must also be installed, and both must use the same architecture: 32-bit or 64-bit.

If the old Blueyonder mail is not in a .pst file, Outlook cannot import it with these steps. In that case, the mailbox must first be added as an account if it is still available from the provider.
