Hi @Bahaa Aly
I’m sorry you were charged but still cannot access the service.
First, please kindly note that this is a community forum, so moderators and other members here cannot access your account, trace payments, activate a subscription, or issue a redemption code.
Since you are using personal Microsoft accounts, sign in to Services & subscriptions with each account you may have used and check the Subscriptions, Products you’ve purchased, and Cancelled subscriptions sections. You should also review Payment & billing > Order history, making sure the date range includes both charges.
If neither payment appears, open Manage your payments and select Investigate. This can help determine whether the payment card was used with another Microsoft account.
Because you already have a support case, continue through that case and provide the case number, charge dates, amounts, bank-statement descriptions, and the last four digits of the payment method privately. Please do not purchase another subscription or redemption code until the existing charges have been identified.
If the charges still cannot be connected to any account you recognize, contact your bank or payment provider to prevent additional charges
Thank you for your understanding and time. Hope you have a good day
