Request for Official 100% Free SC-900 Exam Voucher for a College Student in India

There is currently no verified Microsoft program that guarantees a 100% free SC-900 exam voucher specifically for college students in India.

Student pricing in India

Microsoft’s academic exam pricing is available in most countries and regions, but India and China are explicitly excluded. Therefore, identifying and verifying yourself as a student in your Microsoft Learn profile will not provide the normal student exam discount in India.^1^

How free vouchers may become available

Free or discounted vouchers are occasionally offered through Microsoft events, Learn challenges, and special campaigns. These are not permanent benefits: each promotion has its own eligible exams, countries, registration requirements, and deadlines.^2^

Use this process when evaluating an opportunity:

1. Open the promotion’s official Microsoft page.
2. Check that:
   • SC-900 appears in the eligible-exam list.
   • India is eligible or is not excluded.
   • The offer is a guaranteed voucher rather than a prize draw.
   • It provides 100% off, not merely a partial discount.
   • Registration, completion, exam-booking, and exam-taking deadlines are still open.
3. Register using the same email address connected to your Microsoft Learn certification profile.
4. Complete every required module, event session, form, or challenge before its deadline.
5. Retain the registration and completion emails.

Do not assume that completing an ordinary Microsoft Learn collection or a “30-day plan” produces a voucher. The earlier 30 Days to Learn It voucher offer ended in 2024, and its replacement plans do not include exam vouchers.^3^

Past free-voucher campaigns also do not establish current eligibility. For example, the Microsoft Build 2026 offer was restricted to qualifying event attendees and required the exam to be taken by July 31, 2026.^4^

Start from the SC-900 exam page and select Schedule exam:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile associated with the promotion.
2. Complete the Transfer to Pearson VUE details.
3. Continue to the Pearson VUE checkout.
4. If the benefit is account-linked, confirm that it appears automatically at checkout.
5. If Microsoft supplied a code, select Add Voucher or Promo Code on the payment screen and enter it there.^6^

For some event-based discounts, the benefit is attached to the Learn profile using the event-registration email rather than sent as a separate code, and it may take several business days to appear.^7^

Avoid voucher sellers or unofficial “free voucher” sites. Legitimate eligibility and redemption terms should be traceable to an official Microsoft page or an email from the fulfillment provider named in that promotion.
