Artifact Signing organisation validation failed after Verified ID — how can we obtain the reason privately?
We have an existing Azure Artifact Signing Basic account for a UK-registered organisation. Its Public Trust organisation identity validation changed to Failed after the authorised requester completed the AU10TIX / Microsoft Authenticator Verified ID flow. The Azure validation details and notification email show no reason or corrective action. The legal company details in the request match the public UK company register. In the Azure portal, I selected Artifact Signing > Identity Validation - Organization > Validation Failed, but the technical support request cannot be submitted under our current Basic support plan. We do not want to repeat the same validation without knowing what needs correction. Could a Microsoft Artifact Signing representative advise: (1) whether the failed request can be reviewed or reopened; (2) the appropriate private channel for sharing the validation and subscription IDs with Microsoft; and (3) which checks or evidence should be reviewed before any new request? We will not post identity documents or account identifiers publicly.
