Never ordered or agreed to Microsoft 365 subsciption
Subject: Formal Dispute of Unauthorized Recurring Charge
Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I am writing to formally protest and dispute a charge for a Microsoft 365 subscription in the amount of $19.99, processed today via PayPal under Order Number 552db664-e982-4853-b59b-.** This transaction was entirely unauthorized, as I have no need for this product and did not intentionally subscribe to any services.
Upon discovering the transaction today, I immediately logged into the Microsoft portal to cancel both the subscription and the automatic PayPal billing agreement. Although this cancellation was submitted and completed within hours of first learning of this subscription and the PayPal charge, the system stated that a refund would not be issued for the initial month due to an alleged terms-of-service clause triggered during page navigation.
As this purchase was completely unintentional and immediately canceled, I request a full reversal of the $19.99 charge. Please confirm via email once the refund has been issued and verify that all recurring billing links to my account have been permanently severed in regards to Microsoft 365.
Thank you for your prompt attention to resolving this matter.
Sincerely,
Robert Nelson
