I am attempting to make a new microsoft account for a new computer we have just bought for the office. It is for a Windows 11 home account. Yesterday I tried to setup the account, but when we did, it would get stuck while trying to create the new microsoft account after attempting to make a new email. It would get stuck in a loop trying to confirm that I am a human while clicking and holding, it would show the three green check-marks. I then looked online for what could be causing the problems. While checking for what could cause the problem, noticed that I might need to wait a day as well as trying to setup up the account somewhere else.

So now a day later, I attempt to make a microsoft account so I can use that to get past the loop. When I attempt to make the email address, I get the error saying that Microsoft is blocking the attempt to make the email.

How do I get microsoft to stop blocking the email creation attempt so I can finish setting up the computer?

    Hi!

Where exactly are you trying to create the account? During the initial setup (when you turn on the computer and it asks you to choose your region, language, account...)? Through Windows itself or a Windows app like the Microsoft Store? Or via a web browser?

This information is important, and I need to know it in order to help.
