After the first two renewal attempts, you need to wait 24 hours between subsequent attempt

For a renewal assessment that submits with 0% answered or stays stuck with a Something went wrong, contact administration support error, the supported next step is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

    Supported facts for this scenario:

    1. Renewal assessments are the only way to renew a certification before it expires.
    2. There is no limit to renewal assessment retakes.
    3. If a renewal submission does not complete or remains stuck verifying, the recommended path is Credentials Support.

    What to do:

    1. Go to Microsoft Credentials Support: Microsoft Credentials Support
    2. Submit a support request and include:
      • The certification names: AZ-700 and AZ-400
      • The exact error: Something went wrong, contact administration support
      • That the submission showed 0% answered
      • That the renewal assessment cannot be retaken afterward
    3. If the certification is close to expiration, submit the support request as soon as possible.
