Hello,

Many years ago, I earned my MCP and MCSE certifications. However, I have not accessed my Microsoft certification profile for a long time and no longer have access to the original email address used during exam registration.

I would like to locate my historical exam records and merge/link my old certification profile to my current Microsoft Learn account so that my credentials and transcript reflect properly.

Could you please initiate a Private Message so I can securely provide my personal verification details (such as full name, historical email addresses, and exam details)?
