Request for immediate cancellation of Microsoft 365 Business

I am the owner of [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] and the administrator for the account [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@lwekonomiab.onmicrosoft.com.

I hereby request the cancellation of my Microsoft 365 business subscription and that automatic renewal be stopped.

Microsoft Authenticator has never worked for my account, which means I am unable to log in and cancel the subscription myself.

I have repeatedly tried to contact Microsoft phone support without reaching a representative.

I request written confirmation of the cancellation, the date of the final charge, and confirmation that no further renewals will occur.

Please assist me in verifying my ownership and processing the cancellation.

Sincerely,

[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

    Hi Lena,

Thank you for providing the details of your situation.

Since you've been unable to reach Microsoft Support through the phone channels, you may consider creating a new Microsoft 365 trial tenant and using it to contact Microsoft Support directly regarding your affected tenant.

To set up a new tenant, please follow these steps:

Visit Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing | Microsoft 365. This would allow you to create a new tenant following the prompts provided. Once set up, you can access the admin console of the new tenant and submit a support ticket requesting to speak with the Billing team on behalf of your previous tenant.

Follow the guided setup process to create a new account for a new tenant.

After setup is complete, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center :

    1. Select Help & support in the lower-right corner.
    2. Turn off Support Assistant.
    3. User's image
    4. In the search box, enter a brief description of the issue, for example: "Unable to access administrator account due to Microsoft Authenticator issues. Requesting assistance with subscription cancellation, and billing for tenant lwekonomiab.onmicrosoft.com."

    "

    1. User's image
    2. Select the Contact Support headset icon.
    3. User's image
    4. Choose any available contact option and provide your preferred contact details so that a Microsoft Support representative can contact you directly regarding the affected tenant and assist with the account recovery process.

For more information, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin

Please remember to cancel the trial subscription after your issue is resolved, as this will help you avoid any accidental billing. You may prefer the following resource for detailed instructions: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

I hope this information helps you connect with the appropriate support team and move forward with your cancellation request. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to let me know.

    Warm regards.
