Need help transferring SC-200 from deleted work account to personal email

I know that the course materials for SC-200 were completed on my personal account and the badge for the exam was also linked to my personal account. I know that the company that I worked at the time asked me to link the corporate email address to my personal learning account.
I don't know what happened but my learning progress is 0 and I have 0 certifications.
