The date you pay your subscription on is linked to the date you started the subscription and they do not provide any available method to change the date your subscription payments are deducted from your account on each month.

The only working method to change the subscription payment is to cancel the subscription on your account online maybe a couple of days before your preferred payment date, disable the recurring billing on the subscription, then take out a new subscription on your preferred payment date.

For a personal Microsoft 365 subscription, there is no supported way to change the billing date directly.

    The available workaround is:

    1. Go to your Services & subscriptions page at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
    3. Turn off recurring billing or cancel the subscription.
    4. Wait until the preferred date in the month, such as the 25th.
    5. Start a new subscription on that date so future billing aligns with it.

If the subscription was bought through a third party such as Apple, Google, or a retailer, billing changes must be managed with that provider instead.
