PL-300 exam passed at Pearson VUE but missing from Microsoft Learn Credentials profile

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I passed my PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam with Pearson VUE recently. However, when I log in to my Microsoft Learn profile with the same email address, my Credentials / Certifications tab shows no active certifications.

I contacted Pearson VUE support first, and they instructed me to contact Microsoft Support to link/synchronize my Pearson VUE candidate profile with my Microsoft Learn account.

Could you please open a private message with me so I can share my account details, and registration email to help merge or link my profile?

    Update: The issue has been resolved my PL-300 certification is now properly showing on my Microsoft Learn profile. Thank you!
