When I'm trying to navigate to Pearson Vue website by clicking on "Schedule Exam" on Microsoft Learning page" after agreeing on the terms, I am getting an error "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support." It's already been a week but the results are still the same

I have contacted PearsonVue, the officer asked me to called this number 1800 1441 0321. But after calling it, the officer voice doesn't want to resolve my issue,
