Since Co pilot has upgraded i now pay $16 a month, I have had no issues at all with copy and Paste whether it be Control V or C or Right click. I am so frustrated that i cannot copy and paste a complete document. Is this a bug? I am using the browser version.

    Hello lilly,

This may be a temporary browser or Copilot issue, but there is not enough information to confirm it as a known bug. Since the problem affects both keyboard shortcuts and right-click, the browser’s clipboard permission or the size and formatting of the document may be involved.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

    1. Select the lock or site-information icon beside the browser address bar. Open the site permissions and make sure Clipboard is set to Allow, then refresh Copilot.
    2. Open Copilot in an InPrivate or Incognito window and test with a short paragraph. If it works there, clear the site data for Copilot or temporarily disable browser extensions, especially clipboard, security, or ad-blocking extensions.
    3. Try an updated version of Microsoft Edge or Chrome. This helps determine whether the issue is limited to the current browser.
    4. If only a complete document fails, it is recommended that you paste it in smaller sections or upload the document directly using the attachment button, if available.

If the issue continues in different browsers, submit feedback from Copilot (three dots … in the upper-right corner of the Copilot page > Send feedback > Report a problem) to send the necessary diagnostic information to the relevant product team for investigation.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, we can only offer troubleshooting suggestions based on the information shared and our own observations. If the issue is caused by a Copilot service or account-side problem, community members do not have access to investigate or make changes to those systems.
