    Hi @Neetu Sadhwani

Even if your OneDrive shows available cloud storage, syncing can fail when the computer’s local drive lacks working space or OneDrive is connected to a different account.

    Please try the following:

    1. Sign in to OneDrive on the web and try uploading a small test file.
    2. Check that the account shown under the OneDrive cloud icon > Settings > Account is the same account whose storage you checked.
    3. Make sure the computer itself has sufficient free disk space. A “disk full” message can refer to local storage rather than OneDrive storage.
    4. If uploading works online but not through the desktop app, unlink and reconnect OneDrive. This does not delete files stored online.

If it still fails, please share the exact error message or code and confirm whether this is a personal or work/school OneDrive account. Do not post your email address or other account details publicly.

    Thank you for your time!
