Hello rune wassum,
I can see that you have been charged twice.
Here what you can do:
You can open your Microsoft account Order history directly here:
View your Microsoft account Order history
Please sign in using the same personal Microsoft account that you used to purchase Microsoft 365. Then:
- Under Payment & billing, open Order history.
- Under Refine, change the date range so that it includes July 13.
- Look for both Microsoft 365 entries and open Order details for each one.
- Check whether both transactions have a status such as Completed or whether one is still In progress.
The Services & subscriptions page showing only one subscription does not necessarily confirm whether one or two payments were processed. Order history is the correct place to compare the individual transactions.
If only one charge appears in Order history, use the following page and select Investigate beside the payment method. This can help determine whether another Microsoft account is using the same card:
Manage your Microsoft payment options
