Dear Microsoft Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with New Outlook for Windows following an email hosting migration.

Affected mailbox: ******@alphasys.id

Old server: sc135.idcloudhosting.cloud

New server: mail.alphasys.id

Whenever we manually configure the new IMAP/SMTP server, New Outlook automatically reverts to the old server after completing the account setup.

Troubleshooting performed:

Removed the affected account using "Remove from all devices".

Reconfigured the account manually.

Reproduced the issue on a different, newly configured Windows device.

Verified DNS resolution to the new hosting IP 202.52.146.137.

Verified connectivity on IMAP port 993 and SMTP port 465.

Verified that the cPanel Autoconfig XML returns mail.alphasys.id.

Confirmed another mailbox, ******@alphasys.id, works normally in New Outlook.

We suspect an account-specific cached IMAP server configuration in Microsoft's service.

Please investigate whether an outdated ImapRemoteServerInfo association exists for ******@alphasys.id and advise whether it can be reset.

Thank you.

Working other similar cases. Do these match your symptoms?

If so, all I can suggest is that you also post a new comment for Robert Sparnaaij MVP on the TechCom thread as detailed in my first link.
