i want to delete my acc in laptop . and i want add another acc

If the goal is to remove the current account from the laptop and use another one, use the method that matches the account type:

Remove another user account from the PC
- Open Settings.
- Go to Accounts > Other users.
- Under Other users, select the account to remove.
- Next to Account and data, select Remove.
Removing the account from the device removes that person’s sign-in information and data from the laptop, but it does not delete the Microsoft account itself.
If it is a work or school account connected to the laptop
- Open Settings.
- Go to Accounts > Access work or school.
- Select the work or school account.
- Select Disconnect.
- Select Yes to confirm.
This removes the work or school account from the device, but does not delete the account itself.
Add another account to the laptop
- For a work or school account:
  - Open Settings.
  - Go to Accounts > Access work or school.
  - Next to Add a work or school account, select Connect.
  - Enter the account information, select the account type, and select Add.

If the account being removed is listed under Other users, use Accounts > Other users. If it is an organization account, use Accounts > Access work or school.

Do you want to keep the existing user profile on the PC and change the Microsoft account used on that profile, or do you want to create a completely new user profile on the PC?

If you want to keep the existing user profile and just switch the Microsoft account.

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts - Your Info.

On that window, you should see either the option to 'Switch to a local account' or the option to 'Stop automatically logging into apps with this account'

Select whichever of those two options exist, that will switch the user profile to a Local Account.

Then, you can add the details of your new Microsoft account.

If you want to create a completely new user profile on the PC.

First, backup your files to avoid data loss.

Open the Settings App

Go to Accounts - Other Users

Click 'Add Account'

Follow the prompts to create a new account

Close the settings app

Log out of the existing user account

Log into your new account

Click the Start Button, type netplwiz and hit Enter

In the resulting dialog, select the old account and click 'Remove'

That's It, your new Admin Account will replace the old account.
