Certificates cannot be emailed directly from the Microsoft Learn certification area. The supported self-service options are to access the certificate from the Certification Dashboard and download it, or use the transcript email feature.
Steps to find the AZ-900 certificate:
- Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
- If multiple Microsoft accounts were used, try each account used for exam registration, including personal and work or school accounts.
- If the certification congratulations email was received before, note that the contact email on the profile may differ from the sign-in account.
- Review the credential requirements.
- Confirm the AZ-900 credential was fully earned by passing the required exam.
- A certificate appears only after the final required exam is passed.
- Open the Certification Dashboard.
- From the dashboard, select View Certificates in the Certificates section.
- Select the certificate name and use download to save it.
- Multiple certificates can be downloaded as a
.zipfile.
- If certificate proof is needed by email, use the transcript option instead.
- In the Certification Dashboard, select View Transcript.
- Use Email to send a copy of the transcript.
- PDF downloads a copy, and Share creates a transcript ID and access code for sharing.
- If the certificate is still missing:
- Older legacy certifications may no longer appear in customer Learn profiles.
- Exams and certifications earned through Certiport do not currently appear in the Microsoft Learn profile.
- Contact Microsoft Credentials Support for missing credentials.
