How to get my emails to load?

I have not received new emails since the last week of September.

To help narrow down the issue:

If you send an email to your Outlook.com address from another email account, does it arrive, or does the sender receive any bounce-back/error message?

Have you checked "Junk Email", "Deleted Items", and the "Other" tab to see whether new messages are being redirected there?

Please check your Microsoft storage at https://account.microsoft.com/storage. Does it show that your mailbox or Microsoft storage is full?
