Candidate ID (MCID): Registration ID: Exam Date: 11-10-2026 Contact Email: ******@gmail.com Details: I took and passed my Azure certification exam today through Pearson VUE. I am locked out of the Microsoft login used during registration and need this exam record and MCID merged/linked to my active email so I can access my certificate on Microsoft Learn.

    This is a community forum not support. You need to regain access to the email account associated with your Learn profile. It is not possible to transfer certifications to a different Learn profile.

    Note: MC IDs have not been used since the merger of Certification profiles and Learn profiles in 2024. Your Microsoft Learn username is now your unique ID.
