Since you submitted the E-Fapiao request on August 16 and it is still unavailable, this will likely require the Billing Support team to review the order.
First, sign in with the account used for the purchase and check Order history > Order details > Tax invoice: View your order history. Tax invoices normally appear within 48 hours to five days.
If the E-Fapiao is still missing, please contact Microsoft Supportand request assistance with a missing E-Fapiao. Support can securely verify the order and determine whether the document was issued but is not appearing in Order History.
