I am scheduled to take the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (English - ENU) exam. While performing the required system check, I encountered an issue related to the Hive Streaming Service. Since I am using my office laptop, I do not have permission to stop or disable this service. To avoid any interruptions during the exam, I kindly request that you send the exam details and communication to my personal email address so that I can take the exam using my personal device. I contacted with the chat bot and I got this reply If you require your Order Confirmation Email to be sent to a different email address, please have the same updated first in your profile. Once updated, you can then request your email to be sent to your preferred email address.
so for this i need to your help to login into my profile to update it
