I used to receive their emails but not anymore. I've checked my email rules, blocks etc. and Southwest says they are sending emails even at the moment I'm talking to them. I can't access my account either. Help!!

When Southwest support reads back the email address on the account, is it exactly your Outlook.com address?

I can't access my account either

Any chance that your Southwest or Outlook accounts have been compromised?
Southwest is not actually sending to your email?
Hackers setup Rules to keep you from seeing notifications?

For Outlook.com, this usually comes down to one of these causes:

    1. Check whether the messages are being filtered elsewhere:
      • Check the Other tab.
      • Check the Junk Email folder and Junk Email settings.
      • Check whether messages are sorted oddly; restore chronological order with Filter > Sort > Date.
      • Check whether email forwarding is enabled.
      • Check whether any rules are moving or deleting the messages.
    2. Check account state:
      • If the password was changed recently, update it.
      • If there was unusual sign-in activity, the account may be temporarily blocked. Use the Outlook.com account unblock flow.
      • If sign-in is failing, use the Microsoft account sign-in helper.
    3. Check storage:
      • If Microsoft cloud storage is full, Outlook.com cannot send or receive email.
      • Messages sent while storage was full are bounced back to the sender and are unrecoverable.
    4. If this is only happening with Southwest and Outlook.com is otherwise receiving mail:
      • Ask Southwest to confirm whether they are getting a rejection or non-delivery report.
      • If the sender is being rejected before the message reaches the mailbox, Safe Senders, rules, and blocked senders will not fix it.
    5. If Outlook.com on the web is behaving oddly while checking mail:
      • Try Microsoft Edge or another browser.
      • Disable or exclude Outlook.com from ad blockers such as AdBlock or uBlock, then refresh.

Since access to the account is also failing, start with account sign-in and unblock checks first, then verify storage, then recheck Junk/Other/rules/forwarding.
