Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link to try to find the subscription.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you find the subscription on any Microsoft account you may have, click the Manage button beside the subscription.

From there, you can cancel the subscription and also disable recurring billing on the subscription to avoid any future payments on the subscription.

You may then be entitled to a refund, you can check your eligibility to a refund using the steps on this link.

If you are unable to find the subscription on any of your Microsoft accounts, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

Use these steps to reach a billing support person and check the charge first:

    1. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with any Microsoft accounts that might have been used for the subscription: https://account.microsoft.com/services Check whether recurring billing is enabled or whether the subscription is still active.
    2. If the charge is unfamiliar, go to Manage your payments and use Investigate: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882 This is the Microsoft account dashboard location for reviewing unexpected Microsoft charges.
    3. If the subscription was already cancelled but billing continued, check whether the cancellation happened too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date.
    4. To speak with support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter the billing problem, then select Get Help and Contact Support to be routed to the best support option: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2258619
    5. If the charge still cannot be identified, use the contact flow commonly recommended for Microsoft 365 billing issues:
      • Open Microsoft support contact
      • Enter billing
      • Choose Microsoft 365 and Office
      • Choose Manage my subscription
      • Select Chat with support agent in web browser
    6. If fraud is suspected, contact the bank or payment provider immediately to prevent more charges.
