After getting about 95% of the instructions wrong for two days, I asked to speak with a manager. Copilot directed me here and drafted this for me: “Copilot gave me repeated incorrect instructions for Ancestry tree editing over several days. This caused wasted time and confusion. I need more reliable guidance.”

What concerns me is how much other bad information has it given me for the past year since a bought my latest pc. Having Copilot with windows11 were reasons i made the purchase. That seems to be a mistake. I can send you the lengthy exchange and someone can evaluate how many times the wrong directions were given. Thanks for your attention, ******@yahoo.com

i'm just trying to give you feedback so that we can improve Copilot. i use other products and copilot seems to be lagging behind.

Copilot can generate inaccurate or inappropriate content, and important outputs should be reviewed, edited, and verified. Microsoft states that Copilot may make mistakes, misinterpret instructions, or be deceived by malicious hidden instructions.

To report this issue and have it investigated:

In the Copilot app, select the ellipsis (…) in the upper-right corner.
Select Send feedback.
Select Report a problem.
Include details such as when the problem started, the device and operating system, and screenshots.

Additional feedback options:

Use the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons on a Copilot response to submit detailed feedback.
For harmful or policy-related concerns, use the Microsoft concern reporting process.

If the issue is a technical support concern and more help is needed, use Microsoft Support contact options. Do not include personal contact details in the report body unless the support flow specifically requests them.
