How do I access my Admin Account when I dont remember the username?

i dont remember the admin account unsename , and now i can't renew the Office 365 E1.

Can any customer service contact me ?

For a work or school Microsoft 365 admin account, the username must usually be recovered through the organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator or internal support contact.

If the admin username is forgotten, these are the supported options:

If Microsoft 365 apps are installed, open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Select File.
- Select Account.
- Under Product Information, check the account the product is licensed to.
- This can help identify the work or school account associated with Microsoft 365.
If the account is a work or school account, contact the organization’s admin or internal technical support.
- Universities and schools: contact the school technical support team.
- Large businesses: contact the internal help desk or technical support.
- Small businesses: contact the business owner, co-owner, or IT consultant.
- If the person who originally set up and bought the Microsoft 365 for business subscription is known, that person has admin permissions by default unless they assigned them to someone else.
If the username is known after recovery but the password is forgotten, and self-service password reset is enabled, use:
- https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
If sign-in still fails, use Microsoft Support contact flow:
- Go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter the problem, select Get Help, then Contact Support.
- Support agents cannot send password reset links or directly change account details.

For renewing Office 365 E1, access to the Microsoft 365 admin account is normally required. If no one in the organization can identify or access the admin account, the next step is to contact the organization’s admin contact or Microsoft Support through the support channel above.

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you no longer remember the username of your Microsoft 365 administrator account and therefore cannot sign in to renew your Office 365 E1 subscription.

I’m just another user on this forum, not a Microsoft employee, but you can first try the following:

Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint on a computer where Office was previously activated > Select File > Account > Under Product Information, check the account shown as the account to which the product is licensed.

Search the alternate or personal email address used when the tenant was created for messages containing .onmicrosoft.com, Microsoft 365 subscription details, invoices, or welcome emails. The administrator username may appear in those messages. If another administrator exists in the organization, ask that person to check Users > Active users in the Microsoft 365 admin center and identify or recover the administrator account.

If you are the only administrator and cannot identify the username, you'll need to contact Microsoft's Data Protection team for assistance. They are the only team authorized to help recover access in situations involving the sole administrator account. When a call is made to support, the first step is to provide an automated voice response from AI. Be careful, you won't be able to speak to a support representative if you don't respond appropriately here.
