Unable to access my Copilot chat history after Microsoft recent update

I'm having issues accessing my Copilot Library. I had a quite long history of chats but for the past week or so, I'm simply not able to have access to it anymore. I used to login using my Google credentials. Now, when I login, all my chat history is not shown anymore, since Copilot forces me to login using only a Microsft account. Even though I use exactly the same Yahoo e-mail that's linked to my Google account, Copilot sees it as a new account and the Library with all my chats are not synched. I've already cleaned cookies from my Chrome browser, restarted the app several times, and so forth, but nothing works. Everytime I login (even using Google credentials) I find a clean slate as if I had never used Copilot before. Last week I've contacted customer support, and they were unable to help me. Instead, I was told to reffer to the community hub, but I feel like runing in circles, and quite lost here. I have no clue on what to do to recover my chat history or, at least to import them in this new clean slate account. Therefore, in case you can offer me some clear and effective guidance on this matter I'd appreciate. Thanks for your attention.

1. Use the same sign-in method used before. I’ve already done this several times, and even though I choose “continue with Google”, subsequently, I am prompted with a Microsoft login screen, and from there, I have no other option but to use a Microsoft account. So, it’s not that I’m consciously or purposefully trying to login with my Yahoo mail. The fact is that I’m left with no other choices.

2. Allow time for migration to complete. Absolutely. I can wait a few days or coupe of weeks more. I just hope that sooner or later, the platform manages to solve this glitch or, at least, allow me to import my chat history because it’s important to me.

3. Check for an in-app link to older chats. It’s not the case

4. Verify the active account in the account switcher. It’s not the case either.

5. If multiple personal accounts are involved, test in a private browsing session. I’ve also run a test in private browsing, and the situation is exactly the same as I’ve described before in my answer to topic 1. That is, I choose “continue with Google”, but soon after that, I’m prompted with a Microsoft login screen and nothing else.

6. Check whether the history is simply hidden in the UI. No, it’s not hidden. When I login, it’s everything blank and there is no history in my Library.

7. Know the current retention limit. It’s not the case either.

8. If some content is missing but not all, that can be expected for retired features. It’s not the case either.
