paid windows 365 tells me subscription cancelled and renew

Paid Microsoft 365 $159.00AUD in August 2026. Cant Access usb stick with records on it as computer tells me that subscription has ended and to renew. When on accounts it tells me that next charge will be in 2027

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

    If not, open Word, go to File - Account, please provide a screenshot of that window, and please hide your Email address in the screenshot.
