Artifact Signing identity verification: “You need permission” despite matching primary email

My organization identity validation is awaiting action. I received the verification email, but “Please complete your verification here” returns “You need permission.”

The primary email matches the signed-in Microsoft account. The error reports another tenant rather than the Azure tenant containing my Artifact Signing account.

I can access the Azure tenant as an invited guest. Tenant-specific portal sign-in and a private browser window did not fix verification.

How can I authenticate against the tenant expected by the existing validation request?
