I renewed my AZ-104 certification one week after it expired. However, after several months, the certification status still shows an expiration year of 2026.

The certification renewal was completed one week after the expiration date. However, no renewal record or confirmation was received. Although the certification expiration date was initially updated to 2027, the certification later reverted to an expired status after several months.

Could you please verify whether there is any record of an attempted certification renewal on the account?

You cannot renew after the certification has expired. You needed to retake the AZ-104 exam
