Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook on the web for business
Hello George O'Hara Motors,
Thank you for providing the diagnostic information.
The error shown in the screenshot, OwaUserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedException, indicates that Outlook on the web cannot find an Exchange mailbox or an Exchange Online license for the affected account.
Could you please confirm whether your Microsoft 365 administrator has already verified that your account still has a valid Exchange Online license?
If you have administrator access, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and go to: Users > Active users > select the affected user > Licenses and apps
Expand Apps and confirm that Exchange Online Plan 1 or Exchange Online Plan 2 is enabled under the assigned subscription.
If the correct license is assigned but the mailbox is still unavailable, the administrator may try turning the Exchange Online service off and assigning it again. Please perform this carefully and make sure the same valid license remains available. After reassigning the service, allow sufficient time for the mailbox and license changes to synchronize before testing Outlook on the web again.
Microsoft provides additional guidance for this error here: Getting a mailbox not found error in Outlook on the web | Microsoft Learn
If you do not have administrator permissions, please contact your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator and ask them to perform these checks for you. If you are unsure who the administrator is, please refer to: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? | Microsoft Support
Please update me with the license status and confirm whether the mailbox appears in the Exchange admin center. This information will help determine whether the issue concerns license assignment or mailbox provisioning.
Kind regards,
