That sounds like you can see the exam but not the certification on your Learn profile

Which exam did you pass? Not all exams earn a certification on their own and require other exams/certifications.

View details on provider site is expected for exam results. That option takes the exam record to the exam provider dashboard, where the score report can be viewed.

View certification details appears only for an earned certification, not for a passed exam by itself.

    Check these points:

    1. Sign in to Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
    2. Go to Profile > Credentials > Certifications.
    3. In Past exams, find the exam and select View details on provider site to open the provider dashboard and view the score report.
    4. If the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate will not appear until the final required exam is passed.
    5. For most exams, results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Learn profile.
    6. If the expected certification or exam still does not appear, verify that the correct Learn profile is being used. If multiple profiles exist, try the other account used during registration.
    7. If the credential is still missing after that, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
