Hi Usman Adamu
Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Could you clarify what you mean by “alpha account”? Which app or website are you trying to sign in to? If it is a Microsoft account, is it a personal account or one provided by your workplace or school?

As the forum’s AI mentioned, verification codes cannot be sent manually by support agents. I also cannot send a code or change your account’s verification details through this forum.

If this is a personal Microsoft account, check whether the verification screen offers an email address you recognize and can still access. If it does, select that option to request a code. See Microsoft’s verification code guidance.

If no email option appears, please tell me which verification options are shown and whether you still know your password. Please do not share your password, verification codes, or full email address here.

Support agents cannot send a verification code or change account details.

If access to the phone used for verification is lost, use the sign-in flow and select I don't have any of these when prompted for the code. Then follow the prompts to replace the security info.

If the password is still known but access to all security info is lost:

    1. Start signing in to the Microsoft account.
    2. At Verify your identity, select I don't have any of these.
    3. Follow the instructions to replace the security info.
    4. After replacement, there is a 30-day wait before sign-in is allowed.

If the password is not known, submit the account recovery form.

If verification codes are not arriving, avoid making excessive repeated requests because that can temporarily block code delivery.
