Good day @Mason Pedelose and I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing.
If you are still able to access your account using another registered authentication method (such as a phone number, security key, or another authenticator device), I recommend signing in to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and adding a new MFA method before removing the old one associated with the erased phone.
If you are currently signed in to any Microsoft 365 service or an active browser session, please do not sign out. Instead, use the existing session to review and update your authentication methods as soon as possible.
However, if the erased phone was your only MFA method and you are now unable to complete the sign-in process, there is unfortunately no self-service option available to reset MFA for a sole Global Administrator who is locked out of the tenant. In this situation, the only team that can assist is the Microsoft Data Protection team, as they are responsible for handling administrative account recovery and verifying tenant ownership. You will need to contact Microsoft Support so that your case can be routed to the appropriate team. They will guide you through the tenant verification process and determine the available recovery options based on your organization's circumstances.
During the phone call, you will need to provide the information associated with your subscription, such as your company name, billing details, phone number, and an alternate email address, etc. This information allows the Data Protection team to verify your identity and securely assist you in regaining access to your administrator account.
In some regions, the initial interaction may be automated, so here’s a general idea of how the conversation might go to help you prepare:
(When you call the support number, you may hear an introduction of about 30 seconds such as "you can visit the link...". You can ignore this introduction and wait until you are presented with the options. Then press "1" as a business email user, and again "1" for technical help.)
